Former IRS Special Agent Alert – PayPal Trying To Derail Constitutional Sheriffs Convention Set For January 30th
Dear Friends,
Please spread this alert far and wide! This is indeed an emergency situation that is endangering one of the most innovative and effective pro-constitution efforts in the country!
Sheriff Richard Mack has reported that “Paypal” has frozen $46,000 worth of donations to be used to fund the historic Constitutional Sheriffs Convention sponsored by the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (“CSPOA”) slated for January 29-31, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Sheriff Mack describes the unprecedented money grab in this interview with Pastor Butch Paugh. According to Sheriff Mack, the company is refusing to release the funds based on a spurious claim that the CSPOA must be a 501(d)(3) tax-exempt organization in order to receive donations paid to it.
There are at least 100 sheriffs from across the country that have already booked and finalized air travel to the convention but this Paypal snafu is delaying payment towards the hotel and convention space.
Please, please consider a donation of any size to make sure that this convention happens. You can mail donations directly to Sheriff Mack at CSPOA, 112 Ridgewood Drive, Fredericksburg, TEXAS 78624.
Check the CSPOA website for the latest details regarding the Paypal situation.
I recently interviewed Sheriff Richard Mack who recently founded the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (“CSPOA”), dedicated to educating sheriffs and peace officers throughout the country about their constitutional duties and the role each of them can play in making federal officers and bureaucrats obey the law and constitution. If so, check out links to his information here and his radio interview archived here.
