Former IRS Special Agent Interviews Sheriff Richard Mack this Saturday, December 17th, 2011

Don’t miss my interview with Sheriff Richard Mack, twice-elected to office in Graham County, Arizona, who challenged the so-called “Brady Bill” all the way to the United States Supreme Court, achieving victory for all Americans as the court acknowledged the federal government had no authority to force county sheriffs (or any other state political subdivision for that matter) to implement federal gun control schemes.
Recognizing the power of the doctrines articulated by the U.S. Supreme Court in the Mack/Printz v. United States decisions, Richard has founded the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (“CSPOA”) to educate sheriffs and peace officers throughout the country about their constitutional duties and the role each of them can play in making federal officers and bureaucrats obey the law and constitution. Don’t forget – even the federal government recognizes that the county sheriff is the highest law enforcement officer in each county in the country.
Think about it. What approach is more realistically and rapidly achievable - educating each county sheriff about their constitutional duty (or replacing a sheriff who won’t listen) or educating the population of the entire county about the sheriff’s constitutional duty?

Many of these documents were created in word-searchable format so you can search for any specific word you can think of. It would take hundreds of hours to create such a resource from scratch and Larry's hard work has saved us from doing so. As Larry told my listeners the last time he was on the show, it is critical for Americans to learn more about what the tax laws actually say - what the tax laws said in 1913 when the contemporary income tax came into being and what the tax laws have said ever since then, all the way up to the present day.
